Charlotte Davis

Dr. Charlotte Johnson-Davis coordinates the Center’s assessment development activities for the Florida Assessments for Instruction in Reading. She served as a national technical assistance provider for the US Department of Education for five years. She has extensive experience as a school psychologist and a teacher of the Hearing Impaired.

Data Specialist
David Harley Hensler

Mr. Hensler manages the physical data for the experimental portion of the FAIR project. As well as any additional tasks necessary for completion of the project.

Assessment Specialist
Annette Ladle

Mrs. Ladle facilitates the experimental portion of the Florida Assessments for Instruction in Reading in Leon County schools.
