This document provides instructions to District Information Systems Professionals for the uploading of student, staff, and course information into the PMRN

District Data Submission

Specific information is required for all Kindergarten through eighth grade students and teachers, at all schools, using Florida's Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network (PMRN). The District Information Systems Professionals are to upload the files below through the PMRN Web-interface found at https://pmrn.fcrr.org. These are straight submissions and do not require a block size or a fini file. Please see page 2.1 of the PMRN Information Systems User's Guide for more information about these formats.

Primary Responsible Instructor: Reading (PDF)
Course File

Note 1: These are the same file formats submitted to the FLDOE for FTE. No data elements need to be removed, but the files must contain the listed fields.

Note 2: The Local Educational Agency (LEA) is responsible for submitting data for participating charter and non-public schools.

Note 3: The Primary Responsible Instructor: Reading file is a modified version of the Primary Responsible Instructor: Math, Reading, and Writing format used for grades 3-12. This is reading only and is for grades K-8.

Note 4: The primary reading instructor is NOT always the homeroom teacher, but the teacher that provides the initial 90-minutes of uninterrupted reading instruction.
